Coverage on the materials and on the work
Every roof we install carries two separate protections. The materials are covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty, and the installation is covered by our workmanship warranty. You get both in writing at the final walkthrough.
Manufacturer warranty
Covers the roofing materials themselves, and is issued and honored by the manufacturer. The terms depend on the product line and the manufacturer can change them, so the current version always lives on the manufacturer’s own site.
Installation workmanship warranty
Covers our work: how the roof was put on. If something we installed is not right, we come back and put it right.

The manufacturer warranty, in full
This is GAF’s specimen copy of the EverGuard® Lifetime Residential Limited Warranty, which covers EverGuard TPO and PVC membrane roofs. It is here so you can read the manufacturer’s terms in full before you decide. Your own warranty is the one registered for your roof and your products. GAF notes that its terms are subject to change and that the current version is always at gaf.com.
